Claire Russo
Practice Manager
With 20 years of experience in ophthalmology, Claire brings a deep and well-rounded understanding of eye care, with specialized focus in Cornea, Retina, Oculoplastics, and Glaucoma. Her broad clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise contribute significantly to delivering comprehensive care across various subspecialties within the practice.
Throughout her career, she has held a wide range of roles, including front desk associate, technician, call center supervisor, office manager, billing specialist, and surgical coordinator. In her current role as Practice Manager, she provides leadership and operational oversight to ensure the practice runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience. She works closely with providers and staff to support clinical excellence and seamless day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include team leadership, workflow optimization, compliance oversight, financial coordination, vendor management, and enhancing the overall patient journey from initial consultation through postoperative care.
Known for her professionalism and patient-first approach, Claire is dedicated to providing efficient, effective, and compassionate care. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking, reading, playing billiards, and spending quality time with her family.
